Vintage Roll Top Cigarette Box Park Sherman designed Red & Black Shanklinite Case in ORIGINAL BOX. The roll top cover is made of Shanklinite - "a new colorful plastic that won't burn or warp, is odorless and of enduring beauty". This little box is in such good shape that I question whether it has ever been used. The inside has a silver metal alloy with a linear striped pattern.

The original box is in good shape as well. There is some wear, but mainly from age and storage. It measures approximately 4 inches in length, is about 3.25 inches wide, and about 2.25 inches high. The main body of the box is made of a silver tone metal, and it has a red and black patterned Shanklinite roll top style lid with a silver metal handle.

This box was meant to hold cigarettes, but would also work well for jewelry or trinkets on a dresser or vanity.
